• Pressure Test: 1 Point — pressure test within due date.
• RIT Report: 1 Point — PDF uploaded (only scored if RIT is set as applicable).
• Photo: 1 Point — photo uploaded.

Inspection Light

• 🟢 Green — inspected this month
• ⚪ White — inspected last month, not yet this month
• 🔴 Red — not inspected last month or this month

Fault Light

• ⚪ White — not inspected this month
• 🔴 Red — faults, none repaired
• 🟠 Orange — faults, some repaired
• 🟢 Green — no faults, or all repaired
