I would kindly like to request your assistance regarding the chair I am currently using.
Unfortunately, the chair has seen better days and is now causing me quite a few problems and is no longer comfortable or suitable for use.
Could you please assist me with having the chair repaired or, if possible, replacing it with a new one?
