Manager Phone Links
A phone link opens the maintenance supervisor app without a login screen — just tap an icon. The link contains a long secret key, so treat it like a password: anyone who has the link can act as that supervisor. Only ever open it on the phone it was made for, and revoke it here immediately if that phone is lost.
Only people set as Manager or Supervisor in the Personnel Register can get a link. Add someone there first if they're missing from the list below.

If someone goes on leave, you don't need to revoke their link — just archive them in the Personnel
Register. Their phone link stops being useful automatically because the app always acts on behalf
of whoever is currently active.
