Good day,
Please note that the big walk-in freezer is operating as it should. I have been monitoring it closely since the last major repair, and everything has been working properly.
Please also note that the ice packs currently take approximately 3–4 days to freeze, depending on the load inside the freezer. Previously, the freezer was able to reach approximately -18°C, whereas it is now reaching around -10°C to -11°C. This is mainly due to the increased quantity of ice packs being stored in the freezer over the past few years, which has increased the overall load.
To help ensure that we always have a sufficient supply of frozen ice packs, please replace the ice packs in the freezer immediately after they are removed. This will allow the packs to begin freezing again as soon as possible and will help maintain an adequate supply.
