Performance Criteria

• Monthly Inspections: Points are earned for completing a checklist for each item every month.
• Equipment Photos: Points are earned for having a current photo/document uploaded for the item.
• Total Compliance: Calculated based on (Inspections + Photos) vs Total Possible per month.

Functionality

• Click Unit No to open the checklist.
• Click View to see the equipment photo.
• Green lights indicate current month tasks are complete.
