Performance Criteria
- 1. Photo: 1 Point is awarded for the Photo uploaded.
- 2. Annual Service: 1 Point is awarded for the annual Service being done before the end of the month in which it expires.
- 3. Annual Load Test: 1 Point is awarded for the for the completion of the annual Load Test done before the end of the month in which it expires.
- 4. Daily Inspections: 1 Point is awarded for the for daily inspections being done.
- 5. Service Report: 1 Point is awarded for the service report uploaded to the pdf viewer.
- 6. Load Test Report: 1 Point is awarded for the load test report being uploaded to the pdf viewer.
