Performance Criteria

• Annual Renewal: 1 Point is earned for completing the Thermography Scans every year. The thermo scans must be completed by end August of every year before renewal of the Risk Management Program. Renewal dates for previous years is not a compliance requirement.
• PDF Report: 1 Point is earned for uploading the PDF Report. Retention of historic reports is important therefore all previous reports are included in the compliance score.
• A Repair Report need to be uploaded within 3 months of receiving the Theromgraphy report. 1 Point is awarded for compliance.
• Total Compliance: Calculated based on renewal date is met and all pdf reports are updated.

Functionality

• - Click View in PDF Report to view and upload the PDF Viewer.
• - The status light indicates if the PDF was uploaded or not.
• - Green lights in next due shows that the Renewal date has been met.
• - When adding a new row to upload a new report, the latest report will be at the top. Old Rows move down as reports are added.
