Performance Criteria

• 1. Add New: When you click Add New, a row will appear where you can upload a new Contractor.
• 2. Compulsory: The 4 columns displayed on the register for SLA, WCF, Sect 37.2 and Public Liability are compulsory Contractor Requirements.
• 3. View File: When you click the Add new File, the Contractor File will appear where you can upload the 4 compulosry files.
• 4. Review Date: 1 Point awarded for the annual review date of the Contractor File being valid.
• 5. Service Level Agreement: 2 Points: 1 Point awarded for the SLA PDF uploaded and 1 point for the valid review date.
• 6. Workmen's Compensation:2 Points: 1 Point awarded for the WCF Letter of Good Standing PDF Uploaded and 1 point for the valid review date.
• 7. Indemnity Agreement: 2 Points: 1 Point awarded for the Section 37.2 OHS Act Indemnity Agreement PDF Uploaded and 1 point for the valid review date.
• 8. Public Liability: 2 Points: 1 Point awarded for Insurance Public Liability PDF Uploaded and 1 point for the valid review date.
• 9. Additional: 2 Points: 1 Point each awarded for any other documents added and the PDF is uploaded and 1 point for the valid review date.
• For each row added, 2 points are added to the Compliance Dashboard.
